Since 2016, we’ve gone beyond regulatory compliance to actively reduce our environmental impact and improve business practices. Across all our factories and offices, we’ve implemented meaningful changes—enhancing sustainability, strengthening communication, and embedding responsible practices throughout the organisation.

Our Approach
As an international industrial group our primary purpose is simple: to design and manufacture home and professional solutions wherever water flows.
In 2016, SFA’s management decided that it was now imperative to engage the company in a Corporate Social Responsibility approach to meet new communication, human resources, and regulatory compliance challenges.
SFA’s commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) reflects our aims to pursue Sustainable and Responsible growth of our activities and to meet Social and Environmental challenges by continuing to provide our customers with inventive solutions to meet their expectations.
Our inventive approach to product solutions and brand creation begins and ends with quality and services.
SFA’s product solutions have been widely recognised within our industry and beyond as best practice.
On important environmental issues like using eco-responsible reflexes right from the design stage and reducing waste, we push ourselves not only to improve our own performance, but also to raise the bar for others, including our suppliers.
In supporting our employees and partnering with suppliers to deliver quality products to our customers, we hold ourselves to high standards of ethics and integrity. Collaboration and inclusivity are central to how we work. We believe the best solutions are those that draw on diverse ideas and perspectives.

Social Responsibility: Our Commitment
The SFA Group continues its commitment in partnership with the Planet Water Foundation.
Since 2011, the SFA Group has been actively pursuing the goal of improving global access to safe drinking water. Since 2021, we have supported the Planet Water Foundation and implemented concrete measures to achieve this aim.
In collaboration with the Planet Water Foundation, the SFA Group installed an AquaFill water filtration system at Dan Ha Primary School in Hanoi, Vietnam. This gravity-based system, using advanced water purification technology, ensures the removal of waterborne pathogens. Florian Garnier, Managing Director of SFA Vietnam, personally attended the installation, highlighting both his personal involvement and the SFA Group’s dedication to this vital cause.
The project also included the introduction of a hygiene education programme for schoolchildren. This is a crucial step in raising awareness of good hygiene practices and ensuring long-term positive impacts on the community.
SFA Group supports the Sulabh School Sanitation Club in India
To mark World Toilet Day, SFA Group is proud to highlight its support for the Sulabh School Sanitation Club in India. Together, we are working to accelerate improvements in school sanitation and hygiene education across Haryana.
Through its financial contribution, SFA Group has helped lay the foundations for this ambitious initiative. The project aims to enhance the quality of life for pupils in four schools in the Gurgaon district of Haryana by creating cleaner, healthier learning environments. The collaboration is built around several key stages:
• Selection of schools and assessment of their infrastructure
• Evaluation of the number of pupils and teachers involved
• Raising awareness among stakeholders and local communities
• Media awareness campaign
• Development of educational materials
• Project review and follow-up visits
Each of these steps plays a vital role in the project’s success. Beyond improving sanitation facilities, the initiative raises awareness of the importance of clean water and hygiene practices. The impact extends well beyond the classroom—benefiting pupils, supporting teachers, and strengthening the wider community for a meaningful step towards better health and wellbeing for all involved.
CSR Assessment by EcoVadis
Sustainability is a core value at SFA Group, shaping both our daily operations and long-term vision. Since 2021, we have partnered with EcoVadis to independently assess and strengthen our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) performance.
EcoVadis evaluates our approach across four key areas: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. This comprehensive review helps us identify strengths, address gaps, and continuously improve.
In our most recent assessment, SFA Group was awarded the Bronze Medal, placing us among the top 35% of companies evaluated. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to responsible business practices and our ambition to contribute to a more sustainable future.
