You can clean your Kinedo shower tray regularly with the use of a soft bristle brush and water. Afterwards, you can wipe your tray with a soft cloth and clean the waste out with water.
You can regularly clean the limescale with white vinegar and a brush.
Normally, it will only be necessary to clean the cartridges found inside your shower valve; to do this, you will need to remove the cartridges and then soak them in white vinegar or lemon juice, scrubbing them afterwards with an old toothbrush or cloth.
If using hair dyes, please ensure the tray is rinsed immediately after to prevent staining, if a persistent stain is already present, you can clean it by creating a paste using baking soda and water, apply it to the stain and let it sit for a couple of minutes, scrubbing gently afterwards and rinsing the tray.
Although we cannot recommend the use of any abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, we can recommend the use of some limescale removers such as Viakal/Antikal, which have been approved by our Factory.
We prohibit the use of silicone on our shower trays/cubicles, as they often negatively affect the trays and can diminish the materials from which our trays are made, causing the tray to crack.
Kinedo products are silicone-free, they do not require the use of any sealants as the cubicles will naturally create a watertight seal once assembled.
At Kinedo, we would highly recommend the use of an 18 mm marine plywood board in order to create a stable, level surface underneath the shower tray.
Yes, you can purchase adjustable feet for most Kinedo products which help compensate for uneven surfaces.
Yes, Kinedo offers low-threshold trays, and some models are compatible with folding or accessible seating and grab rails.

Kinedo products are created with ease of installation in mind. We recommend using a competant installer for best results, and you can find a Kinedo approved installer on our Showrooms and Installers page.

Depending on the design and size, not all Kinewall panels will be suitable for a consecutive pattern match. Use our Kinewall Consecutive Pattern Match guide to find out if a particular design and size of panel will pattern match consecutively.
Kinedo products come with a 10-year warranty. This covers all parts & labour for the first 2 years and parts only for the remaining 8 years. Terms and conditions apply. Yes, many Kinedo products include glass treated with anti-limescale or easy-clean coatings.
All of our shower trays come with anti-slip surfaces to ensure safety during showering, some of our cubicles are also anti-slip, for definitive information please contact our Technical Department by emailing [email protected] or calling 020 8842 0033.
At the moment we do not make any cubicles with a roof, all Kinedo cubicles are roofless.
Yes! Our Moonlight and Consort (excluding Consort 900) cubicles come without a shower; therefore, you can fit your own.
